Green paper on quality

Principal positions defended by ERPA :

• Keeping the actual marketing standards on poultry-eggs and the definition of types of rearing – with its regulation by EC
• Supporting the creation for small producers of a mention “from my farm” for short direct sales
• Supporting the compulsory indication of livestock country (with EU/non EU) on poultry labelling
• In favor of a general definition of « farmland » or « rural »
• Rural small producers must have adapted rules for EU regulation, national and European quality schemes
