Marketing standards in poultry meat
Principal positions defended by ERPA :
- Preserving the actual regulation of marketing standards for poultry and eggs, with a current management by the EC
- Supports the principle of optional reserved terms as the specific methods of rearing poultry, with independant controls
- Supports a mandatory indication of the country of farming on poultry labeling, whether it comes from European or third countries
